Recall Up Date: 2010-2012 Aston Martin V12 Vantage

The Problem: The tire-pressure monitoring system on the Aston Martin V12 Vantage coupe does not comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 138, which requires the TPMS warning light to illuminate when tire pressures fall below 25 percent of their cold tire pressure. This could allow the owner to inadvertently drive on underinflated front tires.

The Fix: Aston Martin plans to reprogram the tire-pressure monitoring software for free.

Number of Vehicles Potentially Affected: 169 2010-2012 Aston Martin V12 Vantage coupes.
