Toyota subsidiary Toyota Auto Body has created this quirky one-seat electric commuter car for the Tokyo motor show.
The Coms Concept Ultra Compact EV has no doors and is 2400mm long, 1095mm wide and 1465mm high.
The Renault Twizy-style model is able to carry small loads in a lockable storage bin at the rear.
Power comes from a 5kw, 40nm electric motor that offers a 31-mile range.
The top speed of the concept, which weighs just 405kg, is approximately 37mph.
